Freeze Dried Fruits
We supply a full range of industrial freeze-dried fruits for food manufacturers, packers and specialty retailers. Most items are available in several cuts and fractions: whole fruits, slices, cubes / grit and fine powder, so you can choose the format that works best for your application. Our core assortment includes strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, bananas, mango, pineapple, cherries, currants, cranberries and aronia, and we can also source other fruits on request. All products are gently freeze-dried to preserve their natural colour, taste and nutritional value, with no added sugar or preservatives. On request we can offer tailor-made blends, private-label packing and different packaging options (cartons, bags, big boxes) for snack, breakfast cereal, chocolate, bakery or HoReCa use. Nut Kernels
We supply a full range of nut kernels for roasters, confectionery, bakeries and repackers. Through partners in Poland, Ukraine, Turkey, Italy, Spain, the USA and South America we offer almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, cashews and macadamias in all main grades: in-shell, kernels, halves, pieces, pastes and flours. Available in calibrated sizes (11–13, 13–15 etc.), raw, roasted or roasted & salted, packed in 10–25 kg cartons, vacuum boxes or big-bags. All products come from audited suppliers, with full specifications and documents, and can be consolidated with other items in our range on one shipment.
Cocoa Ingredients
We supply industrial cocoa ingredients for confectionery, bakery and ice cream producers across Europe. From trusted European factories we offer cocoa butter (natural and deodorised), cocoa powders (natural and alkalised, 10–12% and 20–22% fat) and dark, milk and white chocolate drops. Mixed pallets and full-truck loads are possible, so you can combine cocoa butter, powder and chocolate drops in one shipment. Products are suitable for chocolate, coatings, fillings, biscuits, breakfast cereals and spreads.
Coffee
Under the CaAmo Coffee brand we supply both green and roasted coffee for business clients. Our core origins include Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and other proven Arabica and Robusta coffees that work well for specialty roasters, cafés and manufacturers. Seeds
We focus on oil and functional seeds for the food and supplement industry – especially brown and golden flaxseed and milk thistle. These products are used in bakery, muesli, healthy snacks and dietary supplements. We can supply whole or milled seeds, in big bags or 20–25 kg bags, with regular quality control and fast loading from the warehouse in Poland.
Spices
We supply bulk spices for food manufacturers – from turmeric, ginger and paprika to Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper and selected blends.
