HRT Foods is a trading company focused on high quality products, consistent stock and efficient deliveries. We supply nuts, freeze-dried fruits, cocoa products and other food ingredients to roasters, retailers, bakeries and food manufacturers across Europe. Most of our goods are already in Europe, stored in partner warehouses in Poland and the Netherlands, so we can react quickly when customers need product “for yesterday”.
We work directly with selected processors and packers, mainly in Europe but also in origin countries. Every lot comes with full information about origin, shelf life and storage conditions.
Our job is to make buying ingredients as simple as possible: transparent prices, clear incoterms, realistic delivery times and honest information when something is not available or when the market is unstable. We are a small team, so you always talk to the same person, not to a call centre. If you need a specific product, alternative origin, repacking, or mixed-pallet delivery from different items, we try to find a practical solution instead of saying “not possible”.
Our head office is based in Szczucin, in the south of Poland (Małopolska region), in a strategically convenient location between Central and Southern Europe. Together with our partner warehouses, this allows us to react quickly to orders – we can deliver mixed pallets or full trucks to Southern Europe, and use our Polish and Eastern European suppliers as a corridor for consolidating and reloading nuts and other ingredients for export to Western Europe. In practice, it means shorter lead-times, more flexible order sizes and smoother logistics for our clients.
